Dossier Authentication

Do you need help authenticating your dossier? Let our team of dossier authentication experts quickly and efficiently finish your dossier for you. In NYC, your dossier is hand walked into all the government offices and consulates. In the rest of the U.S., we rely on overnight mail services to send the documents around to get their seals.

Dossier Authentication and/or Courier Service includes:

· Reviewing documents for accuracy.

· Obtaining all seals by County Clerk, Secretary of State, U.S. Department of State, and Consulate/Embassy anywhere in the U.S.

· Hand delivery of all documents through the NYC* government office system.

*Our courier service is limited to within the boundaries of Manhattan; however we also service the county clerks of Brooklyn and the Bronx.

All services are provided without regard to the state of residence of the adoptive parents or the country in which the adoption will take place.

All documents are given same (if possible) or next day treatment. Documents are hand delivered to all NYC offices. Overnight mail services such as FedEx, etc. are used at ALL times for documents outside the NYC district to ensure prompt receipt of documents and to facilitate tracking.

All information contained in the documents are treated as CONFIDENTIAL.

LEGAL-EAZE FEES FOR AUTHENTICATION/COURIER SERVICE*

· County Clerk — 1-6 documents, $90; each document thereafter is an additional $15/document.

· Secretary of State — 1-6 documents, $90; each document thereafter is an additional $15/document.

· U.S. Department of State — 1-6 documents, $90; each document thereafter is an additional $15/document.

· Consulate/Embassy — 1-6 documents, $90; each document thereafter is an additional $15/document.

*additional costs apply, e.g., fees charged by county, state, federal offices and/or foreign consulates or embassies; fees for overnight mail services (you may provide a pre-paid mailer or you can be billed $30 per shipment); fees for expedited same-day courier service (hand delivery $90/location); photocopies ($.50/page).

LEGAL-EAZE FEES FOR EXPEDITED COURIER SERVICE IN NYC

· Same day expedited service to any NYC Consulate is $90 per visit in addition to Legal-Eaze authentication costs and consulate fees.
