Complete the NYC Authentication Request Form and mail it to the Legal-Eaze NYC Office. E-mail NYoffice@Legal-Eaze.com or call Chris Moore at (845) 642-2990 before sending the documents so he knows they are coming and can plan to accommodate them. Documents from states other than NY must be state-sealed before they can be submitted to any Consulate (this includes birth certificates — they must go to the Secretary of State before going to any Consulate. In this case, use form below.) Please complete overnight airbills with your contact info in both the “To” and “From” sections. NOTE: Our NYC office cannot accept deliveries before 9 AM. OR |

KAZAKHSTAN INFORMATION
For Kazakhstan only: There is a one-time fee of $250 to prepare the dossier in the format required by the NYC Kaz Consulate and to deliver and pick up the dossier from the Consulate. This fee is charged per dossier. Turnaround time is two months. The Kaz Consulate charges $555 to process the dossier and only accepts money orders payable to “Consulate of Kazakhstan”.
Legal-Eaze is permitted to submit independent dossiers from all families, no matter where they live, through the NYC Kaz Consulate. We can also submit dossiers for any agency that is registered at the NY Kaz Consulate.
To submit your dossier, please complete the NYC Courier Request Form—Kazakhstan and mail it to the Legal-Eaze NYC Office. E-mail NYoffice@legal-eaze.com or call Chris Moore at (845) 642-2990 before sending the documents so he knows they are coming and can plan to accommodate them.
EACH document in the dossier must already be apostilled before sending it to Legal-Eaze (you can no longer bundle the dossier under one apostille). The dossier package must include ONE (1) full set of original state-sealed documents with certified translation and TWO (2) sets of complete photocopies.
The NYC Kaz Consulate wants the dossier a very specific way, so our staff reviews the dossier and assembles it in the proper sequence. It then gets bound with a string.
The translations must be done by a NYC Kaz Consulate approved translator. Two approved translators are: Irina Phone - 973-509-7472 Nina Vzoro Phone and Fax— 678-566-8100 Cell - 404-202-2192 There are others, so contact Mr. Chris Moore at (845) 642-2990 or nyoffice@legal-eaze.com for verification.
