Legal-Eaze was founded in 1996 by an adoptive parent with over 20 years' of corporate business experience. Our primary goal was and continues to be to provide parents who are adopting from overseas easy access to the international adoption system by helping them help themselves.
In addition, we service our business clients by providing a courier service in and around NYC for, among other things, authentication of documents for use in foreign countries.
We assist families with all of their paperwork needs in both the pre-adoption and post-adoption phases of their international adoptions. We work with all citizens of the United States, including Americans living abroad, who wish to adopt a child from any country in the world with an international adoption program.
Practically each member of our Legal-Eaze Team is an adoptive parent of a child from overseas. Each team member, with their experience and expertise, has a personal interest in adoption and vows to make your pre- and post-adoption phases as pleasant and effortless as possible.

Our professional staff in NYC is always ready to assist our non-adoption clients in obtaining documents and vital records, obtaining seals from the NY County Clerks, NY Secretary of State, and Foreign Consulates as well as obtain international visas for business and leisure travel.
